Field
Personnel Administration Unit
The FPA is responsible
for:
- the negotiation,
preparation and issuance of field staff contracts;
- the application
of the ICAO Field Service Staff Rules, TCB Field Personnel
Instructions Manual and associated policy directives and rulings
including determination and certification of entitlement related to
appointments, extensions, promotions, transfers and separations;
- field staff performance
reporting;
- accident and
medical insurance enrolment;
- travel documentation
and related matters;
- compilation and
issue of personnel statistical reports.
It is also responsible
for:
- update of the
ICAO Field Service Staff Rules and TCB Field Personnel Instructions
Manual;
- travel arrangements
and verification of travel claims and medical evacuations;
- payment of premiums
for various insurance policies;
- certification
of above referred entitlement for purpose of payments;
- clearance of
final emoluments;
- leave records;
- determination
of close of business day;
- maintenance of
all records regarding field project staff of all categories.
