Background: For an unknown reason (maybe a lack of space), the word Civil is missing in name of the Organization on all four stamps of this issue. Moreover, this set shows a hand-drawn and poor design of the 40th anniversary emblem: the wings are not correctly hooked to the center part of the logo and hence provide an overall uneven aspect of the design. |
