ICAO Library is open to the National Delegations and Secretariat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
For the general public Library is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. every day except on weekends and official holidays.
Please note that for visiting ICAO Library, the general public needs to make an appointment in advance.
