Israel deposited its instrument of accession to the Montréal Convention of 1999 during a brief ceremony at ICAO headquarters on 19 January 2011. This brought the total number of parties to the Convention to 100.

On 15 April 2011, France signed the Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Relating to International Civil Aviation and the Protocol Supplementary to the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft (the Beijing Convention and Protocol of 2010).

Signature by Cameroon
Montréal, 25/10/2011
On 25 October 2011, during a brief ceremony at ICAO headquarters Cameroon signed the following four air law treaties: the General Risks Convention and the Unlawful Interference Compensation Convention adopted at Montréal in 2009; and the Convention and Protocol updating the aviation security legal framework adopted at Beijing in 2010.
Shown on the occasion, signing the treaties on behalf of Cameroon, is His Excellency Bello Bouba Maïgari, Minister of State and Minister of Transport. Signature by the Czech Republic
Montréal, 23/11/2011
On 23 November 2011, the Czech Republic signed the 2010 Beijing Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Relating to International Civil Aviation and the 2010 Beijing Protocol to the 1970 Hague Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft. This brought the number of signatures to 23 and 25, respectively.
